So I'm not very good at updating, but who wants to sit in front of a computer after sitting in front of one for eight hours.
On Sunday one of my favorite playwrights died. I didn't really remember that he was my favorite playwright until I read the list of plays he wrote. August Wilson was a spokesman for the African American community and his media were plays. In 10th grade we read Fences in American Lit. Then my freshman year at Tech the Shelors (former minister and his wife) took Josh and me to see Jitney at the Alliance Theatre in Atlanta. I highly recommend both plays. Here is his obituary from the NY Times.
