Peter Jennings died today of lung cancer after only finding out about it four months ago. It's a sad day in journalism. I always watch ABC news and I remember during the coverage following Sept 11 and the nonstop broadcasting you could hear his Canadian accent come out as he grew tired. He had an excellent way of communicating with the people and will be missed.
